FIRST is situated in No. 218 Hi tech road of Baoji City with an area of 4500 square meters and possesses register capital of 80 millions RMB. We are mainly engaged in smelting, forging and machining manufacturing line in titanium & titanium alloy producing with an investment of 300 million RMB. The factory could produce 2000T ingots, 30000T forgings and 6000T mechanical processing products annually. Our main products including titanium ingots, bars, blocks, tubes, plates, wires, standard parts, and tungsten,Molybdenum, zirconium, hafnium, tantalum, niobium, nickel and other rare metal materials.  The 2000T and 3500T free forging hydraulic press is the first batch of advanced equipment according to the characteristics of titanium alloy processing, which reseached and produced by companies and research institutes , creating the first of Chinese private titanium processing enterprises with forging press ,  the equipment can forge maximum 20 T ingot. Special multilevel pressure relief valve, quick pressure relief, forging frequency per second to automatic promotion of forging pressure, a breakthrough realized hydraulic machine with operation machine linkage with the equipment, heavy load forging the material internal deformation increase, improve the organizational structure of the product and improve the mechanical properties of the products.Our company has already passed and implements ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification ,AS9100C certificate and GJB19001 military system certification and PED pressure equipment certification.
